Respect for the reserve
- Reserve wine is wine of a higher quality than usual that has been aged before being sold. VIRTA winemakers reserve some of their best wine from select blocks of the vineyard rather than sell it immediately.
- VIRTA grapes are from Continental Vineyards Premier Block CS 205 A, C, E and I. Select quantities of each sub-block are carefully selected and blended to become VIRTA Estates.
